These terms are between you and the Arabian Convoy Establishment (Al-Narjis AI), CR 31332495263, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the "Company").
النرجس للذكاء الاصطناعي تقدم فريقاً من الوكلاء الرقميين القائمين على الذكاء الاصطناعي، تُفعّل اشتراكه شهرياً ضمن إحدى الباقات المعروضة. الوكلاء أدوات آليّة مساعدة، والمخرجات لا تُعدّ نصيحة مهنية ملزمة.
Al-Narjis AI provides a team of AI-powered digital agents, activated via a monthly subscription under one of the displayed plans. Agents are automated assistive tools; their output is not binding professional advice.
الاشتراكات شهرية قابلة للإلغاء في أي وقت. تُضاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة (15%) على الفواتير المستحقة داخل المملكة. تفعيل الخدمة يبدأ بعد استلام الدفعة الأولى.
Subscriptions are monthly and cancellable at any time. VAT (15%) is added to invoices due within the Kingdom. Service begins after first payment is received.
لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مضلل. المخرجات المولّدة آلياً قد تحتاج لمراجعة بشرية، والشركة غير مسؤولة عن أضرار ناتجة عن الاعتماد غير المبرر عليها.
You may not use the service for any unlawful or misleading purpose. AI-generated output may require human review; the Company is not liable for damages from unreasonable reliance on it.
يمكنك إلغاء الخدمة في أي وقت قبل التجديد، ولا تُرد دفعات الفترة المنقضية، وتتحول الاشتراكات الملغاة إلى إغلاق الفريق.
You may cancel at any time before renewal; payments for the elapsed period are non-refundable, and cancelled subscriptions close the team.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُحل المنازعات أمام محاكم الرياض المختصة.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
